Message From Dr. Little

STEM DESIGNATION

Thank you so much to our entire school community for all of the well wishes for a great school year. We are so thankful to have such a loving group of supporters!! The 2024-2025 school year is off to a great start. Students are thriving in each classroom with new opportunities of learning and with the formation of new relationships with their teachers and peers.

We would like to spotlight Mr. Bobby Sheets this week to our stakeholders. He is our Student Assistance Counselor from Frontier Health. He provides school based education, advocacy, referral, training, and he assists students through being a mentor. Mr. Bobby provides a safe space for students to talk about struggles they are encountering at school or at home.

We have seen tremendous student growth as a result of students having a space to receive support with peer pressure, or to just take a breather to recalibrate and adjust their focus. Mr. Bobby is very intentional about identifying student strengths and helping them to be empowered to solve problems. If any parent would like to meet with Mr. Bobby to learn more about his opportunities for students, please contact the school or email him directly bgsheets@frontierhealth.org
