Knight Halloween

Mrs. Knight's Halloween Magic

Mrs. Knight wowed the middle school students with her Halloween magic. Actually it was not magic, but an amazing demonstration using chemistry and properties of matter. She demonstrated, and actively involved students, with her examples of chemical reactions.

What a fun way to learn science concepts!

SSES Boundless STEAM Surprise Event

Sulphur Springs students were introduced to the Principal for the Day and the SRO for the Day during the morning announcements. Another announcement came as a surprise for the entire student body when they heard that all regular classes would be dropped for the day!

All grade levels experienced multiple STEAM activities throughout the day traveling to each teacher in their grade band. Teachers planned STEAM challenges to encourage students to use the Engineering Design Process and problem solving skills.

The day topped off with the EPIC Dance. A great way to end the week!
